  12. Take 1 sweetener

The flavor components of this handcrafted wine are more earthy and aromatic. This flavor comes from the infusion of juniper berries and bitter orange. Juniper berries are usually used to flavor gin, so this wine has a different flavor than Infinity's Whiskey Barrel Syrah.   1. Pour wine in a medium sized pot over medium low heat
  2. Juice and zest orange or clementines and add to the pot as well as cinnamon, vanilla, cloves, dried cherries, nutmeg, ginger and star anis
  3. Bring mixture to a very gentle boil and simmer for about 15 minutes then take off heat. At this point you could add a few tablespoons water if flavors are too strong
  4. Add tea bags, sweetener and rum. Leave a few minutes to infuse then strain mixture discarding solids (but keep rehidrated cherries). Serve immediately
