- Heat pan add jeera 1/2 tsp methi seeds and roast few seconds and grind to powder with 1 tsp red chilli powder.
- Wash, dry and make pieces of mango.
- Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds, 1/2 tsp methi seeds, curry leaves, red chilli, hing, turmeric powder then add mango pieces and stir for some time.
- Add chilli powder, jagarry stir then add half cup water and let it boil.
- When mango pieces becomes soft add powdered masala and mix it well cook for a while and instant mango pickle is ready.
