- Or make chop masala like mine as follows
- Fry chopped onion add zeera till golden colour (not brown).
- Add ginger garlic paste 1TSP cook and add meri ated chops fry for a few minutes and add some water cook for 10 minutes
- Add 2 tomatoes chopped
- Cook on slow heat covered till tender
- Fry (bhun lein bht achi tarha)
- Add Green chillies and coriander
- Bhunai bht achi tarha karen.
Gingelly oil- I used gingerly for this recipe, you could also use peanut oil. The mutton pieces are wells sauteed and roasted in gingerly oil that gives you the mega. Dry roast the besan (gram flour) in a pan till it turns brown. Sprinkle the besan on the marinated chops. This will make the chops more crunchy.
