- Ab karhai me oil grm kar ke is me ginger garlic paste dal kar 1 min fry karein
- Ab is me marinated mutton ko sal kar achi trha 2'3 min bhon lein
- Is ke bd Pani shamil kar ke cover kar dein or galne to pakaen.
- Jab gal jae to is me cooking ke Baki ajza dal kar cover karein or 5 min dam par rakh dein
- Ginger mutton ready hai ise naan or rotiyon ke sath grm grm serve karein😋😋😋
Stir in water and reserved marinade. If desired, serve chicken with cooking sauce. I used chicken broth instead of water and did not use the onion. Did season with salt pepper and a little onion powder. I put on low in morning before going to work and let cook all day.
