- Take 3 lemon (kagzi lemon)200 gm approximately
- Make ready 2 tbsp sugar

- I have taken 3 kagzi lemons from lemon tree of my garden.
- Wash the lemons and pressure cook in 3 cups of water for 1 whistle.
- Take out the cooked lemons and cool down.
- Chop into piece discarding the seeds. Keep aside a little more than 1 tsp juice released, while chopping.
- In a pan heat sugar and the 1 tsp lemon juice to dissolve sugar.
- Cook the sugar continuously, on low flame, till bubbles form on sugar. This indicates the formation of 2 strands of thickness of sugar.
- Then add salt and chili powder. Sauté for 1 minute. Put off the flame.
- Add the chopped lemon and mix nicely for 2 to 3 minutes.
