Steps to make Beans with corn/maize(Adalu):
  1. Remove corn from stalk
  2. Cook corn for 10-15minute
  3. Remove dirt from beans, rinse with hot salted water
  4. Add beans and 1 big onion to corn cover lid and cook for 30min(pressure pot)
  5. Allow to rest a while before opening the lid, check beans and press to know if its soft enough
  6. Add salt, crayfish, ground pepper, and palm oil. Cover lid and allow to cook for 10 more minute.
  7. Enjoy your meal hot

This combination is known as adalu among the Yoruba people. It's deliciously savory and doesn't require a whole lot of finesse to make. Adalu is a popular Nigerian corn and beans dish cooked together as a pottage with smoked fish with palm oil. This dish is called Ewa Ati Agbado by the Yorubas'.
