Steps to make Mango Uduku Pachadi:
- Take a bowl and boil jaggery with water till the jaggery melts in water.
- Peel the mango, make the mango slices and pressure cook the mangoes till it becomes soft.
- Add jaggery mix to the raw Mango slices and give a boil.
- Now add milk to the jaggery.
- Add a pinch of salt, when boiling.
- Take 2 tbsp of rice flour and mix it with little milk and make a slurry.
- Finally add the slurry to the pachadi for thickening.
