  7. Add ginger-garlic paste. Cook until onions are brown and the paste starts sticking to the bottom.
  8. Add green chillies. Add minced mutton. Cook for 5 minutes until it gets well mixed.
  9. Add salt and turmeric. Cook for 5 minutes.
  10. Add chilli powder and coriander powder. Cook for 5 minutes.
  11. Cook with pressure on low flame for 15 minutes.
  12. Taste and adjust. Add coriander and a pinch of garam masala.
  13. Garnish with onions and lemon. Serve with flatbread.
