Steps to make Mutton Kunna:
- Wash the mutton nicely.
- Clean cloth main Dal ky potli bana lein.
- Heat oil in pan add oinon and fry light golden brown.
- Add ginger garlic paste and fry for 3 minutes.
- Add meat and dry ingredients cloth (potli)
- Cook meat until meat change the colour.
- Add all spices and mix well.
- Add water as required.
- Cook for 20 minutes in pressure cooker.
- Meat is tenderized well add flour paste and cook on low heat. For 10 minutes.
- Mutton Kunna is ready to serve.
- Serve hot with green chilli,fried oinon, lemon and naan.
