  5. Now fry until the raw smell is gone from curd then while the oil separates from it
  6. Add water 2 1/2 glass or according to the rice quantity let it boil
  7. Then add coriander leaves and lemon juice and Garam masala, kasuri methi everything from spices we took in ingredients & boiled mutton too
  8. When the water boils well add the soaked rice & taste spices
  9. Then simmer it for about 10 minutes on low flame covered with lid
  10. Then off the flame let it cool down for 10-15 minutes then serve hot with curd raita or tomato chutney & salad.
