Steps to make Multigrain Daliya Muthia:
  1. Boil Barley dalia in water for 5 minutes.Strain water and wash with normal water so that Dalia may not become mushy
  2. Sieve flour in a vessel.Mix dalia in it and finely chop all the vegetables and grate carrots.
  3. Add vegetables in the Flour and dalia.Add sesame seeds,coriander powder,salt,pepper powder,baking soda.Knead spft dough using water as required.
  4. Boil water in a steamer and grease the steamer plate.Grease hands and take a portion of dough and shape as per choice.Steam for 10-15 minutes on low flame.
  5. Check muthias inserting knife.Muthia ready
  6. Cut steamed muthia in pieces.
  7. Take little oil in a wok and add asafoetida.Splutter cumin seeds,mustard seeds and sesame seeds.Put coriander powder and little turmeric powder.Sprinkle chaat masala and little lemon juice.
