- Prepare 1 cup fenugreek leaves
- Prepare 1/4 cup small fenugreek leaves
- Prepare 1 tbsp sugar
- Prepare 1 tbsp ginger chilli garlic paste
- Take 1 tsp red chilli powder
- Prepare 1 tsp Oil
- Get to taste Salt
- Get 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- Take 1 tbsp sessme seeds
- Prepare 1 cup wheat flour
- Make ready 2 tsp besan(gram flour)
- Take 2 tsp millet flour
- Get as needed Oil for fry
- Get as needed Green garlic and coriander for garnishing
Instructions to make Papdi Muthiya Sabji:
- Remove veins of papdi from both sides. Take some papdi seds and wash properly.
- Now heat oil in a pan. Saute spinach coriaander puree add ginger chilli garlic paste saute. Now add papdi sessme seeds salt turmeric powder soda saute 3-4min. Add 1/2glass water and make 4-5whistle. Immidiately open the lid add sugar and cumin coriander powder. Add green garlic mix well.
- Now chop both fenugreek leaves and wash properly rinse well. Take in paraat add oil salt chilli ginger garlic sessme seeds sugar red chilli powder turmeric powder mix well. Now mix all 3flours in fenugreek mix properly. And make small muthiya. And fry on a mid. slow flame. Till brown in colour. And add 12-15 muthiya in papdi subji. Cook5-7min on slow flame. Add sugar and garam masala in papdi mix well. Garnish with spring onion and coriander.Ready to serve.
