The ingredients needed to make Watermelon Jelly:
  1. Take 1 kg Watermelon Jelly
  2. Get 2.5 tbsp Cornflour
  3. Prepare 1/4 cup Water
  4. Prepare to taste Sugar
  5. Get 1 tbsp Deshi ghee
  6. Take 1 tbsp Oil
Instructions to make Watermelon Jelly:
  1. Cut the watermelon into cube size & remove all seeds. Then blend it. After blend, take aside.
  2. Take cornflour in a small bowl & add water then mix it well. After mix, take aside.
  3. Take a pan and add watermelon juice. Cook it in low flame.
  4. Add sugar and let it boil.
  5. After boil add cornflour slury. Stir continuously until it's thicken.
  6. Finally add deshi ghee. Now switch off the flame.
  7. Take equal sizes bowl & then grease them all with oil.
  8. Put the cooked watermelon into those bowls.
  9. Rest them at room temperature for 1 hour then put them in fridge for 7 to 8 hours.
  10. After 8 hours remove it from the Bowl.
  11. Now jelly is ready.
