  4. Once the rock sugar melts completely, and agar powder is cooked, off the fire and pour the remaining orange juice. Taste the mixture and if it is not sweet enough/still sour, feel free to add more caster sugar and mix until the sugar dissolve completely
  5. Pour the agar mixture to the orange shell
  6. Let it cool for few hour, keep in the fridge. Serve cold! So refreshing!
