Steps to make Musaka:
  1. Prepare your ingredients. Peel and slice the potatoes and the onions to small cubes.
  2. Fry the onion in a large pan with a bit of oil. Add the mince. Mix till it changes it's color to ashy, then add the potato cubes and half a cup of boiling water. Wait for the water to evaporate and the potatoes to soften. Take off the stove.
  3. Turn on the oven to pre-heat. Put the mix in a baking tray. Put the spices on and mix well. Add a cup of boiling water. Put in the oven. Bake until the water evaporates completely. Don't forget to check on the potatoes.
  4. Meanwhile prepare the mix in a small bowl. I added a pinch of savory cause it looks good.
  5. When the potatoes are ready and there's little to no water in the tray, put the mix over. Be careful, if there's still water there, it won't look as good.
  6. Put in the oven again and wait until golden.
