  1. Grate Bottlegourd, chop palak finely garlic cloves, greenchillies and ginger paste.
  2. Take whole wheat flour,oats powdered (simply grinded in mixer) besan add all masalas, curd, oil and make dough.
  3. Make cylindrical shape sausages and steam it for around 15 minutes. Let it cool down and cut into pieces.
  4. For Tempering take oil in a pan add rai zeera curry leaves and add muthiya cook for 5 minutes. Serve with chutney and dahi.
