  2. Make ready 5 grams Gelatin powder

Instructions to make Strawberry Jelly:
  1. Wash the strawberries and remove the green tops and halve. Wet the gelatin with 1 1/2 tablespoons of water (not included in the ingredient list) to soften. Squeeze the lemon.
  2. Add the halved strawberries in a small pot and coat with sugar. Let stand for 30 minutes.
  3. After 30 minutes, when the enough liquid comes out from the strawberries, add lemon juice.
