- In a pot add in 4 table spoon full of palm oil then add in grinded scotch bonnet stir fry and add in water put in Maggie,salt and the grinded locusts beans which contains in the other ingredients
- Grind just a hand full of beans and put in the pot of soup too then cover and allow to cook for 30mins then bring in the baobab and kip adding gradually as u turn vigorously to prevent lumps till u get to a pap like thickness cover for 2mins and u r done
