  1. Mung dal ko 4- 5 ghante ke liye bhigo de fir pees le.
  2. Fir usme jeera or salt mix karein.
  3. Paneer ko small cubes me cut karein.
  4. Paneer or mater ko mix karein, usme salt, chaat masala, hara dhaniya mix karke stuffing ready karein.
  5. Garam nonstick the per 1 table spoon dal ka ghol failaye or usko dono side se achche se sek le.
  6. Chilke ke beech me stuffing rakhe, dono side se mode, uper toothpick lagade.
  7. Garama garam chilla tomato sauce ke saath serve karein.
