- Paneer ko small cubes me cut karein.
- Paneer or mater ko mix karein, usme salt, chaat masala, hara dhaniya mix karke stuffing ready karein.
- Garam nonstick the per 1 table spoon dal ka ghol failaye or usko dono side se achche se sek le.
- Chilke ke beech me stuffing rakhe, dono side se mode, uper toothpick lagade.
- Garama garam chilla tomato sauce ke saath serve karein.
