- Get 1 cup curd

Steps to make Onion Upma:
- Get all ingredients ready. Take a pan on medium flame add oil mustard seeds. Let it crackled add cumin seeds.
- Add chopped white lentil and chopped green chillies. Saute for a min. Add chopped onions. Saute till it get golden brown.
- Now add Semolina. Mix it all and Saute it till Semolina also get in golden brown.
- Now add curd and water. Mix it well add salt.
- Add sugar. Me x it all well. Get flame on hight and let the water get burn and semolina get cooked. Keep stirring constantly.
- Add coriander leaves. Mix it and serve hot with tea, juice, lassi or milkshake. For Garnishing just put some chopped tomatoes.
