Instructions to make Chival ki bhaji:
- Heat oil in a wok. Add cumin mustard seeds,onions in it. Fry till golden crispy.
- Once done,add green chilli paste,ginger garlic paste,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,garam masala and saute for few min
- Now add half cooked pigeon eyes daal and mix well.
- Finally add cleaned chopped chival ki bhaji and required salt to it.
- Mix well and cook for 10 min so that bhaji is well enhanced with masalas.
- Ready to serve with chapatis…
