- Take 1/2 bowl oats
- Make ready 1 bowl semolina
- Take To taste salt
- Make ready 1 sachet eno

- Get 8-10 curry leaves
- Prepare 6-8 cashew nuts
- Prepare 1 bowl curd

Steps to make Oats Rava Idli:
- Dry roast oats and cool it and then grind it. Mix grind oats in a mixing bowl. Add semolina. In a small pan heat 1 sp cooking oil. Add mustard seeds and when mustard seeds splutter add chana dal and saute for 2 minutes. Add curry leaves and broken cashew and saute for 1 minute. Mix this tempering in oats semolina mixture. Add curd and salt and mix all ingredients. If needed add water. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
- Add lemon juice in the batter. Check the consistency. If needed add water. Mix eno fruit salt and mix quickly. Now grease the idli mould and put 1 tb sp batter in each mould. Put it in pre heated pressure cooker in which 1 glass water is heated and steam for 12 minutes on medium flame. Switch off the flame. After 15 minutes open the lid and demould the idlis and transfer it in a plate.
- Serve hot with onion Tomato Chutney.
