Cook the lamb legs over medium heat. Put the lamb legs on top of the rice. Add the rice and raisins and stir until all the rice is thoroughly coated in the butter and spices. Pour over the stock and bring the rice to a simmer.

  2. Put little oil in pot and put the onion and the cinnamon with the cardamom.
  3. Cook the onion until it starts to lose its water.
  4. Add the lamb leg and flip it on in the pot.
  5. Add the water to cover up the lamb leg. Boil it for 1 houre
  6. After 1 hour add salt, black pepper, and bouillon and cook it for 15 min.
  7. After 15 min remove it from the pot and add put the lamb leg in the Oven for 20 min. Add little black pepper and cinnamon on top of it.
  8. With the meat water cook the rice for 20 min.

Add rice and cook until heated through, stirring constantly. Add cream, coriander leaves, salt and pepper and mix to blend. Unroll lamb, pat dry and rub with marinade. Delicious baked leg of lamb with grilled vegetables. Traditional turkish lamb leg with bulgur pilav.
