- I use half of this rolled pastry, roll to a big rectangular shape
- Get oven on for 180 before food preparation, as this process is pretty quick. Dressed with passata sauce, and then on with cheese and then pecorino
- Roll to a long shape (from the longer side, not the short side), chop into small shape
- In 180c oven for 25 mins. (i am using a fan heated oven)
