  1. Make ready 5 big tatashe
  2. Get 5 medium chilli pepper
  3. Get 4 attarugu(miango)
  4. Make ready 2 big onions
  5. Get 1 clove garlic
  6. Take 1 medium sized ginger
  7. Take 4 seasoning cube
  8. Prepare 2 teaspoons spices
  9. Make ready 1 cooking spoon G.oil
  10. Make ready to taste Salt
Steps to make Just Pepper Sauce:
  1. Wash and remove seeds from tatashe and chilli. Wash the attarugu too.
  2. Wash and peel the onions. Cut in bits. Pound seasoning cubes, ginger and garlic, set side.
  3. Put the tatashe, chilli, attarugu and onions in a blender and roughly blend. Without water, just pause-blend to get a coarse mix.
  4. Set fry pan on fire and put in oil. Allow to heat up well.
  5. Pour the pepper mixture into the hot oil and stir fry. Add in pounded ginger mix, spices and salt to taste.
  6. Stir for 3mins and put off heat.
