To make these mix dal dosa, I have used urad dal, green gram, chana dal and toor dal. You can replace any of these dals with any other dal but the taste and crispness will change. - Mix dal together and wash 2-3 water rinse for 10 min
- Take a cooker add some water as per requirement with salt as per taste and add slight turmeric powderput on gas medium gas flame after 2 whistle off the gas
- Take a pan or kadai add 2tsp ghee jeera and hing add garlic giner and green chilly paste saute well add chopped onion saute well as change a brown color of onion add chopped tometo a mix together and saute well
- Add spice in to mix well add boil dal in to pan and as per requirement add water in slow flame 10-15 min boil dal add 1lemon juice and salt as per taste
- In the last session add some ghee tadka on a dal take a small pan and heat ghee add jeera hing and dry red chilly spread on a ready mix dal sprinkle fresh coriander
- Now ready mix dal for serving lunch or dinner with chapatis or rice
