  1. Toast the oats in pan for 3-4 mins.
  2. In a jar, add milk,toasted instant oats,honey, peanut butter,and coconut.
  3. Mix all the ingredients well.
  4. Place lid on a jar, and chill it in fridge for aleat 5 -6 hours
  5. Next take out the jar,give it a quick mix again.
  6. Take it out in a bowl,add fruits of your choice,nuts,you can also add honey too ( if sweetness is not enough.
