Steps to make Flatbread:
  1. Add flour and baking powder to the bowl. Stir well. Add yogurt. Mix well then knead until the mixture is not sticky. If the mixture is still sticky, add 1/2 tablespoon to 1 tablespoon of flour. Knead until the mixture looks smooth.
  2. Divide the dough into 6 parts then round each of them. - Roll out the dough until it's very thin with diameter about 8-9 inch. Brush the surface with melted butter (only 1 side is smeared).
  3. Heat the non-stick pan with medium heat.
  4. Place the dough into the pan. The side with butter faces down. Leave for 2-3 minutes, then flip it over. Bake until the other side that is now facing down is golden brown.
