- Wash and soak the dal for 1 hr. Now take cooker on Medium flame. Add oil mustard seeds, let it crackled. Add cumin seeds, asafoetida, dry red chilli.
- Now add onions, saute it till golden, add ginger garlic paste. Saute it. Now strain the soaked dal. Add to the Onion mix.
- Now add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, sabji masala.
- Add salt, water. Mix it well. Close the cooker lid and get 3-4 whistle. Off the flame. Let get cooker cool down.
- Sukhi Dal is ready. Served with fulka roti and mangoes.
