- line a deep 19cm square cake tin with foil
- arrange a row of biscuits over the bottom
- put milk and cream in a small mixing bow. sprinkle pudding mix on top
- beat for five minutes on medium speed. pour over biscuits
- top with another layer of biscuits (wrong side up)
- beat icing sugar passionfruit pulp and butter in a small bowl until smooth
- spread over biscuits
- put in a fridge overnight before cutting into nine slices to serve
