Instructions to make Rajwadi Arhar Dal Dhokli:
  1. Dhokli:combine all ingredients in a bowl and knead dough using enough water.
  2. Divide the dough and rollout each portion into thin circle.
  3. Heat a tava and cook each chapati lightly from both sides
  4. Cool and cut each shape into diamond shape
  5. Dal:clean, wash and drain the dal.combine the dal and 2- cups water in a presser cooker and cook for 4- whistle.
  6. Combine the cooked dal and add water and blend a hand blender till smooth.
  7. Add more water and mix well.
  8. Add salt,red chili powder,adu,green chilli paste,haldi powder,kaju,peanuts,curry leaves, mix well, and cook on a medium flame for 10- minutes.heat ghee and oil in apan,add muser seeds,hing,dry red chili,cloves,cinnamon,add the tempering to the dal.mix well.
  9. Boil the dal,add the dhokli, coriander and ghee. mix well and cook on a medium flame for 5-10 minutes.
  10. Serve immediately with ghee and buttermilk.
