- Heat oil and saute the onions.
- Add the tomatoes and the masalas. Cook them for a few minutes until mushy and soft. Now add Liver pieces. Mix well and cook with a lid on for about 7-8 minutes. Keep the heat on a medium high.
- Keep stirring in between to keep an eye on it. It should not get burnt at the bottom. Do not cover it now. It will be done in no time at all.
