  5. It's ready to put on the ribs.
  6. Do the side that's boney and had the silver skin membrane on it that you removed.
  7. Salt the meaty side before you coat it
  8. Rub it all over the other side of the ribs.
  9. Put into the oven and slow cook for 2-1/2 hours.
  10. Let rest for 10 minutes. Now to slice.
