Steps to make Ugali with fried liver and greens:
  1. Put liver in a pan on low heat and add ginger powder. Cover the pan until all the liquid is drained.
  2. Add some oil, onions and garlic and cover until the onions are soft.
  3. Add the tomatoes and salt. Stir fry till ready.
  4. In a separate pan, heat oil. Add onions and garlic and saute.
