Moong Dal Sultani is a Hyderabadi dish which was very famous among Sultans of Hyderabad. Method to prepare Moong Dal Sultani. Boil both Arhar dal and Moong Dal separately. The 'Sultani Dal' is a rich variation of Arhar, concocted by a very famous rakabdar of Lucknow, Pir Ali, fit to be served on the dastarkhwan of the kings.

- Then,add salt and sugar in it
- Then,add saffron milk in lentil and mix well
- Lastly,add ghee in pan and stir well
- After complete boiling turn off gas
- Put a burnt charcoal in a bowl and keep on the lentil
- Put ghee on charcoal and cover it with lid during 20min
- It gives nice aroma in lentil.
- Sprinkle the green chilli on it and serve it in bowl.
