- Prepare 1 cup chopped mushrooms (add more or less depending on size)

- Open ribs rolls and cover with lemon juice, salt & pepper. You can add as much as you like to. 50 - 100ml may be too little or too much for your preference.
- Add finely chopped red onions, sundried tomatoes, chopped mushrooms and finely chopped green pepper
- Roll your rib closed and bind with rope to secure it. You can also use toothpicks (I recommend toothpicks, it makes it easier to cut later.)
- Place in pot add your beef flavour stock and cover with lit and place on stove on high for one hour.
- Take out and cut into smaller pieces, try to cut between toothpicks, making sure all the filling can still stay inside. Place on braai rooster (barbeque grid) and put on the braai. Braai until well done.
