  5. Next put a pan over medium flame and heat oil in it. Once the oil is hot enough, place the prepared cutlet in it carefully and shallow fry them.
  6. Press them a little to make cutlet and turn upside down to cook from both sides till they are golden brown and transfer cutlets to a plate.
  7. Serve with ketchup or as you like.
