- In a bowl add oats and add hot water. Mix well. Refrigerate for 5 mins
- Boil the potatoes, cool. Peel and coarsely mash the potatoes and mix to the oats mix
- Beat the yoghurt and keep the coriander Chutney, tamarind Chutney ready
- Chop the onions, ginger, green chillies and coriander leaves fine
- Mix all to the oats mix and mix well. Add cumin powder, roasted cumin powder, salt and mix well
- Make tikkis and set aside
- In a pan take a little oil and pan sear the tikkis
- To plate add the yoghurt, the tikkis, add the coriander Chutney, tamarind Chutney, red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder and enjoy
