  6. As it is 5 min add the mince in marrow and put cheese on top. add the lid of the marrow on top and wrap the stuffed marrow with a string and Tin foil and put in oven for 1hr 30min.
  7. If the skin of the marrow still hard put it in longer. check by putting a normal knife through it.
  8. when done slice the stuffed marrow by the width and use a big spoon to dish on plate and a fork to hold together. And there you have a gorgeous stuffed marrow.

Halve the marrow from top to bottom then hollow out the marrow seeds of both halves with a spoon and lightly brush the flesh with olive oil. Hollow from one end with apple corer or small spoon. Mix rice, meat, seasonings and half of the chopped tomato. Stuffed marrows are ideal for a Sunday lunch with friends and family. Cut the marrows top half, remove the seeds.
