- Bake in an oven preheated to 375 F (190 C) for 3 hours (aprox 35 min per kg). Paste every 30 min with pan drippings. Remove foil last hour of cooking and start pasting every 15 min
- For best results, use a thermometer until the internal temperature reaches 163 F (73 C)
