  18. Take 1/2 chopped cucumber
  19. Take 1/2 chopped onion
  20. Take as needed Ghee for tempering

Curd rice, also called Thayir Sadam, is a dish from south India. It is considered a comfort food by many. Curd rice is usually served at the end of the meal to combat the spiciness of the dinner.   1. In big bowl put boiled rice, curd, cream, lemon juice, chopped Green chilli, grated carrot cucumber, onion (optional),salt, mix all ingredients well with hand
  2. Fry almond, cashews in ghee add them into curd rice
  3. In Same ghee add jeera, mustard seed, asafoetida,chana daal, udad daal, curry leaves red chilli, crushed ginger, let them sizzle
  4. Add this tempering in curd rice mixture, mix well, garnish it with chopped coriander leave.

Cool the rice then add curds and mix well. Pour the seasoning onto the rice and curd mixture.
