  2. Now add laai, peanuts and grams. Now toss them lightly at low medium flame until it gets lightly covered with ghee for easy sticking of masalas.
  3. Now add piri piri, dry fenugreek and salt. Mix well and switch off gas.
  4. Add 1 tbsp ghee on top and mix well. Raw ghee from top gives good aroma and has numerous health benefits. Mix well.
  5. Let it cool. Store in air tight container and can be consumed for 2-3 months easily.
