  4. Get SANBAIZU: (mixture of vinegar, soy sauce and sugar or mirin)
  5. Get * 100 ml vinegar
  6. Prepare * 35 ml soy sauce
  7. Prepare * 55 g sugar
  8. Take 1 pinch salt
Steps to make Mozuku Seaweed Vinegar:
  1. Mix sanbaizu and salt well. Dissolve sugar and salt in the bowl.
  2. Add mozuku and stir well, leave for 10~15 mins in a fridge.
  3. Place mozuku, sliced cucumber on a serving plate and pour sanbaizu over. Topped with shredded ginger.
