  1. Ingredients
  2. Sieve all dry ingredients (All-purpose flour, powdered sugar, Baking powder, baking soda, and cocoa powder)
  3. Mix curd and oil for 2-3 minutes continuously - by a hand whisk.
  4. Now add the dry ingredients and mix the cake batter.
  5. Add milk and beat for 3-4 minutes (Don't overmix the cake batter) - your cake batter is ready.
  6. Transfer the batter in a Grease cake tin.
  7. Preheat kadai for 10 minutes at low flame. - Then set the cake tin in kadai and bake for 40 minutes in low flame.
  8. After 40 minutes open the lid and check the cake by a toothpick. If it will come clear then your cake is ready, if it doesn't come clear then bake for 5-7 minutes more.
  9. Cool completely then de-mold the cake and - divide the cake into 2 layers by using thread.
  10. Brush 1 tbsp sugar syrup in each layer.
  11. Take whipping cream in a bowl and add 2 tbsp powdered sugar and one tbsp vanilla essence and beat until stiff peaks
  12. Pour a thick layer of cream onto one layer and spread it evenly. - Place the over half of the cake over it. Pour the cream over the cake. and spread well and decorate with slice chocolates and chocolate chips.
  13. Cut it into desirable shape & pieces for a lovely plating.
