- Take a bowl put all-purpose flour in it,milk,water, ghee and baking powder.
- Knead the dough and keep aside for half an hour and cover with cloth.
- Divide dough into two halves. Make 8 balls of one half.
- Spread flour on surface and roll 8 round sheets. Sprinkle flour between sheets so that they don't stick.
- Grease four sheets with ghee and keep onone another. then add garlic,salt and red chili on 4th layer. Cover again with 4 sheets.
- Roll into thin paratha.Heat tawa and put paratha on low flame.
- Keep turning grease with ghee.
- Your garlic pastry paratha is ready. cut in desired shape and serve hot with veggies.
