  1. Take a bowl put all-purpose flour in it,milk,water, ghee and baking powder.
  2. Knead the dough and keep aside for half an hour and cover with cloth.
  3. Divide dough into two halves. Make 8 balls of one half.
  4. Spread flour on surface and roll 8 round sheets. Sprinkle flour between sheets so that they don't stick.
  5. Grease four sheets with ghee and keep onone another. then add garlic,salt and red chili on 4th layer. Cover again with 4 sheets.
  6. Roll into thin paratha.Heat tawa and put paratha on low flame.
  7. Keep turning grease with ghee.
  8. Your garlic pastry paratha is ready. cut in desired shape and serve hot with veggies.
