  3. (For those who want to use unfermanted batter). Keep it aside and let it rest for 20 to 30 minutes. Beat it till fluffy.
  4. (For those who want to use fermanted batter). Keep it aside and let it rest for 2 to 3 hours. A fold it nicely.
  5. Spread the batter on hot dosa tawa.
  6. Serve hot with chutney or Sambhar
  7. Note- Instead of Yellow Mung Dal. (Rajma, split green mung dal, Masoor dal, Mix dal etc can be used)
