  1. Boiled all the veggies except onion tomatoes and peas. - Mash it very well
  2. Heat the oil and put cumin and in it. - Add onion to it and saute it till it turns golden brown. - Add tomatoes and stir it continuously till it becomes thick gravy - Add turmeric,red chilli powder,coriander cumin, garlic chutney,Pav Bhaji masala, salt, garam masala and water to it. - Mix it very well. - Now let it be on low flame for 15 to 20 minutes. - In between keep on stirring for a while….so that bhaji don't stick at the bottom of kadhai. - Finally add butter and peas to it and off the gas.
  3. Now garnish it with coriander and serve it with lemon,butter roasted Pav,buttermilk and salad friends 😊
