- Then add your chicken with the marinade and let it cook. Stirring occassionally so it doesnt stick on the pot.
- Once the oil has separated from the stew, it raises up. turn off the gas.
- Wash your rice, bring water to boil, add salt and little oil - add the rice and steam.
- Mix your food color with little oil - Once rice is ready, sprinkle the food color on top or in layers, add your caramelized onions (1 half) and raisins. (NB: This is not mandatory - you can skip the onions and the raisins)
