- Slice up the onion into medium sized
- Heat up remaining oil in large frying pan or wok. Add onion and cook for 1 minute. Add chicken, turn to medium heat and cook for 7-8 minutes or until cooked through.
- Sprinkle with the chopped coriander and serve with rice.
