- Take FOR PALAK PUREE:
- Take 1 bunch palak leaves / spinach
- Prepare 1 inch ginger
- Make ready 1 green chilli
- Get 1/4 cup water

- Prepare 2 cup wheat flour
- Prepare 1 tsp besan powder
- Make ready 1/4 tsp salt
- Make ready Water as required
- Take 2 tsp oil/ ghee
- Prepare OTHER INGREDIENTS:
- Take 1/2 cup wheat flour, to dust
- Get Oil/ ghee/ for roasting
Steps to make Palak/ Spinach Paratha:
- Firstly, Blanch the Palak and prepare a dough with palak puree by adding above mentioned ingredients in a mixer.
- Add the Palak puree to the mixing bowl then add in besan powder, salt and mix it.
- Further add in wheat flour, water as required(add little by little). Mix it well to form a dough.
- After mixing everything into a dough add ghee/oil and rest it for 30 minutes.
- Further pinch a medium sized ball dough, roll and flatten it. Also dust with some wheat flour. Roll it in a thin circle like chapathi or paratha.
- Now on a hot tawa place the rolled paratha and cook for a minute. When the base is partly cooked, flip and cook. Also brush oil / ghee and press slightly.
- Finally, serve palak paratha with raita and pickle
